The problem was to create a natural and zen looking object to clean my desk. Remove small dust, food crumb...etc.

The general shape takes inspiration from a simple observation. Usually when people (Me sometimes) don't have a dust pan around, they fold a piece a paper as a semicircle then use it scoop the dust. As a result, the idea here was to take the semicircle of that temporary solution to generate a permanent piece. The semicircle is used all around to generate the dust pan, the handle...etc. Overall it all showcases an harmony of shape, materiality and emotion.

Materials: 1/4 & 3/4 Plywood, SLS (Handle), Arizona Broom Corn
